after i geet back from this vacation i want to make a techno song of my own and i have noticed that many alter their voice to sound like the devil or a little girl or whatever is there a program that will have preset configurations such as the devil and things like that and also i can put my own settings?

Try these programs, Acid Pro 3.0, Goldwave, SoundRecord that came with windows and there are many programs out there, just visit some DJ websites and e-mail them..

I make my own trance / ambient / downtempo stuff. I use fruityloops, Acid, Reason, sometimes rebirth. For masterin, soundforge all the way.
