TDKx24 & Nero Problem

Hey ,,,,
I'm using WinXP Prof. and Nero Burining 5.5.8.2 (Latest Ver.)
and I have TDK VeloCD x24 .
NOW ...the Big problem it's burning at 15min one full CD !!!
(Tried also Roxio Easy CD Creator & update the FirmWare)
3 weeks ago i upgrade my Nero and suddenly the Speed was right (4 Min.)
BUt I had to Format my Computer ..install everything and again ...S-L-O-W....
BTW. already Disabled the IMAPI Service.

soooo....Do some1 know what 2 do ?

do you have it set to test(simulate) and burn? if so, this is why its taking so long to burn. just turn off the simulate mode

And make sure the burner is set to DMA under your IDE controller properties in device manager, if it's set to PIO that can slow it down also.
