i turnd on my computer on day and wanted to get ride of some tasks running in the backgroung and this is what happened when i i wan alt + ctrl + del and i have no idea how to fix it would anyone know how i can gix my task manager to access the rest of it

just double click anywhere around the gray border and it will go back to normal...why they added that stupid "feature" is beyond me heheh I've done it by accident so many times it's grown annoying 🙂
