Taskbar minimizer Progrma (small icons)

Anyone know of a program that will let you HOLD SHIFT + the minimize button, and it shrinks the program from the taskbar in to those small icons on the far right of your start btuton (right of screen)?

MIRCX does that, and i wish i could do that to many programs..

It works great, it also lets you set transparency
on any window. And it's FREE!
