Taskbar Color

Is there anyway to change the color of the taskbar in XP with a registry hack or 3rd party software? I would like to change it to a lighter shade of blue....the default is much too intense.

you'd have to use stylebuilder or such to edit the shellstyle and change the color, I don't think it's possible to just change the offset values seeing as they aren't stored in the registry or such
