Task Scheduler

I removed everything like this from my Start Menu awhile ago. Since I thought I never use them, which I don't but now I need to use Task Scheduler.

I searched my whole system and can't find it, nor the location of it on Google. I don't know why I can't find it.

Does anyone know the location of the Task Scheduler in Vista. Like where in C:\Windows.

Yes that is it.

Now you know why the search in the startmenu didn't find that, nor anything else with the word Task?
