task manager window screwed up

for some reason my task manager window (Ctrl-Alt-Del) comes up like that. it's only like this under this user, all of the other users' task manager windows come up as a normal window.

someone please help me get it back to its normal window.

just double click on the border of the window, it'll go back to normal 🙂
