Using XP Pro. Just recently I have noticed that when I reboot the PC the programs that run at startup such as Trillian, No IP DUC, AOL, Window washer, Hot Sync etc don't apear in the system tray. ANy idea how to fix this?

whatever programs you want to run at startup, just add their shortcuts to the startup menu folder

sorry miscommunicated the problem. The programs start, they just don't appear in the system tray, so there is now way to access them without restarting them

You're right nito, that fix worked perfectly for me.
