Task Bar - Gone !!!

Hi, my task bar on my window is gone!
this is the bar under the windows where you could see the "start" on the left side and "clock and other smalls icons"... i did try to drag it up but nothing happened. i did try to reboot but nothing happened too. what can i do to restore it?

Are you the only user of the machine you have?

Have you installed ne software recently between it leaving you and being there before.

I ask this as I installed some software to do with planets and space etc.. It by default stuck autohide on.

I will try all options that you game me. and I am not the only use anyway. Maybe there was a file installed that corrupted the taskbar function.

i did but as usual no bar opos up no any bar to expand up.
