Tag & Rename Worth it?

Is Tag & Rename worth the money?

I have been using it for awhile, and I can't seem to find anything else that renames and tags MP3 files and such, also does album art editing and attaching as well. Is there something equal or better to it that is free?

Or should I pay the 31.95 CAD for it?
