[T-SHIRT DESIGN] Rooster Head on Plumber Body

A friend of mine wants to make a graphic, that he can put on a T-Shirt and give to his buddy for his birthday. I guess a few years back he picked up the nickname of "The Rooster", and he's a plumber, so he thought it would be cool to have a picture of a Human with a Rooster Head. Here are some details that I had him send me via e-mail...

Looking for a tough guy kind of build with a cartoon rooster head:
Cartoon rooster head (preferably not a licensed one if possible)
T-shirt rolled up on biceps
Tribal band tattoo on one of the biceps
Blue jeans with work boots
Arm with tattoo holding a large pipe wrench

Anyone interested in designing something like this?
