System tune up

Hi Folks.
I have just downloaded a prog from ZDnet, its a sytem tuner.
Can anyone tell me if its a good or bad thing to have on your PC.
The Prog is SANDRPro.

Go to ZDnet, downloads, Progs & utilities, and select SANDRA Pro
ver 2002.1.8.59
