system tray clock

very cool how the clock pauses every 4 seconds lol sounds weird but i guess u guys know best
 
Can anyone let me know how to block the others user change the system tray timer
 
i've got mine on a 5 tick pause. maybe when you guys can afford the upgrade you can have yours at 5 seconds too. by then my comp will be rollin 22s. bad joke, thats weird though isnt it.
