i have 2 computers with windows XP, and both have 3 sticks of 128 MB of RAM (384 total).........my question is why is that when i look in the System Properties, in the general tab appears that my machine has 320 MB in RAM in one of them and in the other one says 384 MB RAM....why is that????? i ´ve seen when i start both computers that when is checking RAM in both of them say tha same amount in total......but where can that RAM be distributed in each machine?.......both grafic cards are 64 MB......and in BIOS says 64MB to video.....

Is the graphics 'card' onboard in the machine showing 320mb? If so, then it's getting the first 64meg... your m/b manual should verify that.

yes is onboard the 320 MB RAM machine.....what does that has to do????

Look in your m/b manual for a clear understanding of what (memory) is being used and how. A lot of onboard graphics cards 'share' memory in the way yours is doing.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
