system infomation problem

When i go into system infomation , i get no information at all just this message "CANT COLLECT INFORMATION can not access windows management instrumentation software. Windows management files maybe moved or missing" can anyone help.....

Yes . i had this before when i used to run ME i had to do a reinstall to get it back....
