System Beeps

How do ig et rid of them?? for example when i use msn, my computer beeps everytime someone messages me

I couldn't stand Messenger, so I uninstalled it. Therefore I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but, try going to Control Panel/ Sounds and Audio Devices/ Sounds tab and see if there are entries there for different actions in Messenger. If there are, you should be able to untick them.

and when all else fails just disconnect the front speaker 🙂
