Is there a way that i can synchronise my outlook on my laptop with the one on my desktop. i use MS outlook 2003 on both systems , although i can receive the same mail on both machine( by leaving a copy on the server) i would like to sychronise the sent items and other personal folders as well? Is this possible and how do i go about it.

brocher, there isn't a way to sync your "personal" mailbox between two PCs unless you are running an Exchange Server. You can use the export/import feature but that would be a headache.

There might be a third party application that allows you to but I doubt it would be less of a headache than export/import.

Too bad ActiveSync doesn't support notebook syncing.

Where can i find the file on my desktop pc to import to the laptop to make life easy

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

And archive.pst

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
