Looks like there is some effort underway to design a browser shell around Apples WebKit on Windows.
Its currently been named Swift and is in Alpha. I believe this is coming off the back of the WebKit team trying to port the engine to Windows.
Either way it means we just may well get some more Safari supporting websites around.
