SVCD & Adding Chapters

I'll start at the beginning.

I've been trying to create my own svcd's with video clips from tape. I can record the video's OK & if I use Uleads Movie Maker (came with the TV card) to create the svcd & the audio & video are out of sync.

I then got onto TMPGEnc. Made a svcd & it is perfect. Trouble is that if I take that file & add even one chapter title page to it it is again out of sync.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a fix?

I ideally want multiple chapters added so I can pick the video (svcd) I want to watch instead of having to fast forward through it.

I use VCDeasy, makes VCD's .....err well...easy. Including chapter points, never had a problem making chapters with it
