Supervisor Function Stops Me Installing Games

I have a Laptop that belongs to work, and up to last week it was running Windows 2000.

I had a few games for my Kids Installed, but Now :

IT department has "upgraded" all PC's to XP, Deleted all games and computer no longer allows me to reinstall as I am not supervisor and don't have password.

One solution would be to Buy My own computer, which is not going to happen for a long time (Why bark yourself if you've got a dog that can)

Is there a way of resetting this ?

Not unless you can get your hands on the admin password

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
