As most have done I installed Sun's Java, when XP decided not to. Since SP1 now includes MS's is there a good reason to not stay with Sun?

I downloaded sun's yesterday because I'm using Mozilla now. After it installed & I go to a page that needs it my clock (not windows) now flickers in time with the page. Thankfully I don't go there very often.

I have found the MS JVM to be faster than the Sun JVM (ironically)

I have both installed, since I use the Sun one for Mozilla, my primary browser.

Microsofts own java will run more efficiently because it will be optimised more towards windows, where-as sun's java package will run just that bit slower.
I find they both do the job in the end tho, and thats all that really matters :D

i use microsoft's cus it's never gone wrong 2 make me look 4 an alternintive:p

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
