Stupid error message in Nero INCD

00a8-0005-0064-0000

Details
Illegal reguest error occured
Reboot your system or drive and try again
insert new disk

This happens when I try to format a new or used cdrw
I tried all the above, and no luck

Try this :


Start -- All Programs -- Administrative Tools -- Services


Find : " IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service " Stop the service and then disable it.

NO same thing

It's the compusa media doesn't like incd, Tried memorex and verbatim and they work fine.
