duplicate this layer and set the blening mode to linear burn

add some brushing and this is the final effect you will have:

First off, blening I am sure is a mistake and are meaning to say blending.

And you can find that on the right sidebar, where your layers are, normally above it. Not sure if its a window you have to enable or not, forget. The part about brushing, adding some brushing is to me not written well. I am not sure what they mean, maybe it's simply add some brush strokes to make it look different, i don't know.

Since the blending mode is linear burn then your strokes will take on that appearance. However you wish to make the strokes is up to you.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
