Stuck in HL2:E2

I have been on this board in HL2:E2, can't figure out how to get up there. The chapter is called "Under the Radar".

Go behind the plate, push it down so it falls to the ground. Throw a nade under it, stand on the plate, get launched up.

The box of grenades in the corner should of given me a heads up. Oh well.

Went through the game again, not done though. Heh, yeah the grenade under the plate thing was fun. I did it a few times just for the hell of it. 😛

The Rocket Launcher really comes in handy. Wish I had figured it out the first time around, would have made some encounters less, ummm, problematic. :s

I am playing through it again with Commentary mode on. It really adds a whole other dimension to the game. Very excellent 😎
