Strange Problem Please HELP!!!

Whenever I try and run regedit, msconfig or task manager they pop up for a couple seconds then close. Anyone have any clues on how I can fix this?

Sounds like the Spybot Worm. Update your antivirus definitions and run a full system scan.

I just finished reformatting so I dont think it could be that. I'll try anyway.

next time rename regedit.exe to regedit.com

saves a lot of time, unlike formatting, you can go in and stop it releading at startup..
