Every once in a while I'll get this error

navw32.exe-Application Error
The instruction at "0x011e935d" referenced memory at "0x01350008". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

This has been happening when opening a word file.

I'll click ok. Then, the norton AV comes up asking me to delete a template, and then the file, saying they're infected. However, I scan them separately, and they are fine. If I don't delete them, the file comes up normally. What's going on????

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
