stop net send! (win98) help me

my friends computer keeps getting the advertisements, i forgot how to block it for Windows 98.. anybody help me out?

It's not going to be "net send" messenger service pop ups if the system is running 98.

I suggest you use a tools like SpyBot as suggest above.
