Startup items for only one user

I dragged klipfolio to the "startup" folder in the start menu\programs\ list and now klipfolio starts up when windows starts up. Great. Now it starts up for all users when windows starts up. How do I get it to start up for me and only me? Thanks.

Put the shortcut in C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and delete it from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Start Menu\Programs\Startup or you can use a program like Startup Control Panel if you want to make it easier.
