start up message

I would like to cahnge the start up screen/message when my pc starts. I have seen this done with win2000 and companies usually put there logo on the original message. Can anyone explain how to do this? I have had a scour about group polices and there abouts but cannot find it.

Like you do it through the bios. I can turn mine on and off in bios.

I would get yourself boot xp, V2.50 final ready and waiting, about 8 $ to register.
