I want to creat a new folder in START / ALL Programs so that I can put all of my graphic programs in one folder, this would make it quiker for me to find what I need.
You could do that with the old style (win 98) but the feature seems to be missing in XP, Can you help?

what static said except its "Start Menu", not "Menu Start"
then "Programs" then create a folder in there and move you links into it
