Start Menu

Ok,this isn't a big deal,but I've got a question.On my start menu,the little pic in the upper lefthand corner is gone.I'm using the Xp-style menu,the user accounts show the picture,and I've set Xp for best appearance.What am I missing?

Go to user accounts - Click change the way users logon or off - choose "Use the welcome Screen" and Fast user switching.

That will put your picture back on the start menu.

If you are logging onto a domain you cant do the above though.
