standby modus??

lo people,

weird problem overhere i think, when i set xp in the stanby modus and try to recover it i get a screen with stripes and little boxes and colours all moving (crash), the only thing left is rebooting does anyone know what causes this? and have a solution for this problem?

maybe driver or som prog that runs in background?ram disk?
