SSH on smoothwall (*nix) box

I was wondering how do I use SSH on Windows 2000 Server to connect to my Smoothwall(.org) box. I also want to know if I can download files via this way, I want to try and mod the home page to work with our company logos etc (small company). Can anyone guide me in this direction. I know how to web design, just don't know how to connect to my smoothwall box because there is know built in FTP and I also don't know how to use SSH. Cheers, Mark.
