Spybot S & D

I am using this and it constantly puts up a screen that says I am trying to download some kind or another tracker or spybot and asks if I want to block it. Of course I want to block them and have to click the YES box. Is there anyway to get rid of this aggrivation??

Is your spybot set to automatically take updates? Try changing it to manual updating. Either that or it sounds like you have two spybots installed. One is stopping the other from taking updates. I think that is you are trying to say.
