Spider Solitaire on Windows 98

Here's a strange question;

Does anyone know of a way to get XP's Spider Solitaire to run on Windows 98. I've tried copying all of the necessary files, but it says that the program will only run on XP. Does anyone know a way around this bug -- I mean restriction?

Ever since I upgraded to XP, my mom won't stop bogarting my computer to play that stupid Solitaire game. Her computer has 98, so short of buying another copy of XP just so she can play Spider Solitiare, what the hell can a guy do?

the program probably does a check for the OS ver so you could always open up a editor and try and see if you cna find it somewhere stored in plaintext using resource hacker or such

or it is possible that the program was made to check for a specific dll that it needs or made to only run on the NT kernel, in that case you'd kinda be out of luck, sorry man =/

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
