speed up shutdown tip

Please can anyone tell me how I can speeeed up shutdown
it takes my pc around 1 minute to close ???? or is this normal
I don't have any third party software and my paging file is 400
mb ?????

please help.

I believe the Microsoft utility known as bootVis will also improve shutdown time.

it only improves BOOt time , which I've installed.

Any other ideas ?????
