I am curious as to where the ***SPAM*** which is being inserted in to my Email headers is coming from.Any ideas

Do you have an ISP that scans your e-mail for spam, a program that marks spam for you or Microsoft Office XP on your computer? as they would all potentially put [SPAM] in the message you are reading.

Spam filters on your email server will do this for you. It is marked as Spam according to rules which are set up on the email server software.

some places you are a member of can sell you email to spam lists whosend out spam. other ways are spyware that can find its way onto yourcomputer and they can monitor your surfing habits and send you specialspam you might be interested in based on websites you go to.
