sp1 express installation

what is purpose of sp1 express setup. i have download it and start install and it upgrade somthing from the web -about 18mb.
what is it content.

there are the express and the full version.
the full version of SP1 is about 130MB, but the express one lets you decide which updates you want.

"The Express Installation checks your computer and installs only the files that are necessary to bring your computer up to date." That's what Microsoft says.
I think it is better to get the full service pack and make a slipstream cd. Even if you do not use it to install SP1 it will be useful if you want to add Windows components or use the System File Checker (SFC).
