Thanks Jbond I found it after all and it works great got all my themes working oh and I did a test with stardocks xp benchmark and with the sp1 installed it is way way faster it gained 20 points have to say that I am very pleased with the service pack , nothing went wrong anywhere and thanks for the reg tweak it got rid of the stupid text for testing purposes only from the desktop and the icons are still transparent
