Soyo Dragon ultra...slow turn on... not OS

i have this minor problem that when i hit the power button it takes about 10 seconds for the monitor to come on and then start to boot... i already have the latest bios.. i have heard of a few of the reviews mentioning something about slow boot.. i think that is what they mean because the OS loads perfectly fast.... anyone with this board have any ideas.... mabey it is something selected in bois?

My Dragon Plus! takes that long too. Its a long POST, with three steps (the three beeps comfirm a good test) then it goes to the BIOS screen, RAID/ATA Detection (if enabled), and finally boots the OS. A 10 sec POST on that board is normal

yea, i have soyos on both computers in the house. They start up rather long before the monitor pops up.
