Hi there,
I juz recently upgrade to WinXP. Everytime I play my mp3 on winamp, there is this occassional distinct static sound. It was never there when i was using Win98. i tried installin the winxp driver for my creativeLive soundcard but it seemed to have no effect. I'm sure my cambridge speakers are working fine. IS it to do with my minimum RAM?

Another disturbing thing is i realise i cannot shutdown or restart the computer properly. It will always hang at the part: "Windows shutting down".

Can someone help me??
Thanks

System: AMD K7 800Mhz
128 SDram
Riva TNT2 32MB
CreativeLive value soundcard

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?

Impressed you have kept this alive this long EP! So many sites have come and gone. :(

Just did some crude math and I apparently joined almost 18yrs ago, how is that possible???
