Well their not striking here and telly is still boring. Years ago you used to always get good films on over Christmas but now it's just repeats and repeats of repeats, they don't even show decent kids films any more either

Here they call them "marathons" and try to make you grateful to watch hours and hours of the same show.



I've been catching up on HBO series' with on demand ... When I move, life will be frugal (no tv, no cable, ... maybe some heat !) so I'm vegging now.

We have cable tv but even that's full of crap, what a waste of money. As soon as our years subscription is over I'm getting rid of it, to be honest if I had no telly it wouldn't bother me in the least.
I think our telly's on it's last legs cause it keeps making strange noises, if it does break I'd seriously consider not wasting money on buying a new one :speechless:
