Doesn't want to work with my home edition of Windows XP. SONY Support coundn't figure out why.

Can you be just a little more specific than it "doesnt work"

I figured it out

It doesn't work because it was being run as a slave. as soon as I changed it to a master it played the movies. It would only read the disk, but not play videos before. I sent it back, and got a cheaper brand that plays the videos as a slave and as a master. Now just to figure out why Updates won't let me in. I can't tell if it's my computer or Microsoft. The forum says it working again but I still get the 'Administrators Only' stopper.
