Someone Delete This

Can someone PLEASE give me a way to get rid of this folder. It should not be there. It's impossible. (yeah right) I've tried almost every method. It's on my 'D' drive so I can't use the command prompt. Is there somewhere in the registry that keeps these settings in memory or maybe the msconfig? 🙁

Command prompt gives me this:
D:\ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Excellent. I would never had thought of that. Ok. I'm gonna open task manager, close explorer & see if it will go away. ..........................I'll be back...................🙄

Bummer. No matter the command. Example....D:\del Progra~2
All it does is empties the folder, it will not delete it.

The command to remove a directory is remdir or rd

goto ctr+alt+del , close explorer, then goto run in taskmanager select browse and del that folder . i think that should do it. good luck

Where have you been hiding? Give johngrsr a cigar (cancer too probably). It WORKED. It is GONE. The command is 'rd'.

lol, I had a similer problem but with a 1.90 GB file, which I tried to compress but went wrong...I had to boot up under Safe Mode with command prompt and go into my D and all that to delete the file 🙁
