Ok,
This is all I need,
I've pretty much figured out whats going on with my GTA3,
Its this:

Ok when I installed it everything went smooth,
But when I fired it up to play it,
Thats where all the problems came in at,
But here is the message I got on the blue screen (Blue Screen Of Death):

Technical Information:

***: STOP: 0x0000008E (0XC0000005, 0XBFA0FE22, 0XF9AF05E8, 0X00000000)
***: nv4_disp.dll - Address BFA0FE22 base at BF9B8000. Datestamp 3d3478e4

Thats what it said,
Please help me everyone :D
Thanks in advance,
Michael

Well, "nv4_disp.dll" is obviously a GeForce driver.

The first step would be to change your video drivers to "Standard PCI/VGA" generic drivers and reboot.

The second step would be to completly clean your system of the old drivers you had. There are guides out there, but basically do a search for anything that starts with "nv" on your hard-drive or in your registry and nuke it.

Here's one article on the subject (a little old now - but still right)
http://www.tweak3d.net/tweak/geforce/3.shtml

The third step would be to install new drivers. NVIDIA reference drivers are the best....

There's an off chance that re-installing the game itself may help.

Installing the Microsoft XP/AMD compatability patch would probably be a good thing to do, if you haven't done that yet.

Awesome,
Thanks so much!
I did what another post said and it worked,
Just replaced the nv4_disp.dll from I think the 27.42 Driver package and it worked!!!!!!!
Thanks so much for your help,

Michael
