Some Control Panel Icons not showing.

Icons such as Keyboard and Mouse are not showin in Classic View and the other view.

Whats up with that?

Aha I had to

Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT.EXE).
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Control Panel.
Delete the Don't load key entirely, and close the Registry Editor.
The change should take effect immediately.
