Recurring problem w/V3c (expect other models as well) is that volume would turn off or down because outside keys hit while in my pocket. Missed many calls. Could not find seam edit and Verizon no help.
Solution, while extreme, worked. I simply epoxied the two outside keys in place. Just a dab of two-part epoxy around each key and, the problem is gone. Seems to work find.
If need to adjust volume, can still do so via the menu options. Could impact warrantee. However, quite honestly, the phone is unacceptable for me without this fix. I just miss too many important calls otherwise.
