Software to Convert WMA files to MP3?

Goodafternoon everyone,

I was just wondering if there are any programs out there which i can change WMA files into MP3? Prefereably fairly small in size because im not perticually on a decent internet connection and i get disconnected quite regulary. So if anyone knows any good freeware programs which can convert WMA to MP3, i would be most greatful for all your help.
