SMART Failure on IBM Raid Array

I got a nice little requester that comes everytime I reboot my computer and XP loads that says something like:

SMART Failure blabla on (long unit code)

Result of this is that the Raid array is offline = not accesible.

Any hints on what to do in this situation?

Cry? At least if there was anything important on the drives. You could try some of IBM:s tools (check their hdd homepage).
