Slowdown on boot up

Right after I log in, it takes like 2 mins, I can't click on anything. I think it has something to do with my network card, anything I can do to stop that lag??

If you are on a network, not much you can do. If you are not on a network, disable the Workstation service and you'll see a big difference.
